The System Is Installed On The Campus Via Three Knots And, In Addition To Telephony (Analog, Digital, Dect And Ip), Provides Additional Services Such As Alarm Servers, Voicemail And Fax Servers, Cti Servers, Call Center, Mediation And Other Services. The Services Include The Provision Of The Services Around The Clock, 365 Days A Year (24X7). In Addition To The Disturbance (Incident), Moves, Adds And Changes (Mac) Must Be Ensured On Call. A Sufficiently Dimensioned Hourly Quota Is Taken Into Account For This. The Provision Of The Contractual Services Must Be Fully Taken Over By The An At The Latest On July 1St, 2025 And Thus Be Ensured. The Advertised Services Must Be Provided At The Location Of The Client In Frankfurt Am Main And All System Locations Connected To The Central Telecommunications System.
