The Subject Of The Tender Is The Construction Project Control Services For The Extension (+ Parking Garage) Of The Bildungshaus Of The Main-Kinzig-Akademie Für Health And Nursing Ggmbh (Mka). There Is A Feasibility And Volume Study From July 2024 For The Project. The Project Funds Were Approved By The District Committee As Well As The District Council Of The Main-Kinzig-Kreis In The Amount Of 22 Million. The Client, The Main-Kinzig-Kreis, Is The Owner Of The Property At Frankfurter Straße 30 In Gelnhausen, Which Is Currently Built On With A Building That Is Used As An Educational Center. This Is Operated By The Main-Kinzig Academy For Health And Care Ggmbh (Mka), Which Is A 100 % Daughter Of The Ag. The Mka As A User Is The Main Contact For The An, But The Client Is The Main-Kinzig-Kreis. We Are Looking For An Office For Construction Project Control, Which, On The One Hand, Should Provide Typical Ps Services From Levels 1 To 5 Based On Aho, Issue No. 9 And-In Addition-Planning Services Of The Service Phases 6-7 According To Hoai For The Performance Forms According To §§ 34 Ff. Due To The Tight Time Frame, Extension And Parking Garage Should Be Planned And Built In Parallel. While The Construction Work For The Extension Is To Be Awarded In A Suitable Unexplored In A Package, It Is Intended To Assign The Parking Garage To A Cumulative Service Provider In The Early Possible Time (Planning And Construction). As A Result, Due To The Many Services To Be Provided In Parallel, The Bidder Has To Provide All The Necessary Resources For This Purpose At The Beginning Of The Project And Have To Set It Up Accordingly. It Is Important To The Client That Project Control Including General Planning As Well As Construction Companies And Other Consultants And Experts Work Together Cooperatively And Focused, With The Aim Of Completing The Project With The Given Project Goals By The End Of Q3 2028. The Implementation Of These Parallel Construction Measures Will Provide Special Challenges For All Project Participants, Especially The Project Management In Relation To Communication And Cooperation With All Stakeholders In The Project, In Terms Of Changes Or An Offered Flexibility In The Construction Process As Well As The Intensive Support And Advising Of The Client To Secure The Project In This Demanding Project.
