This Process Aims At An Effective Monitoring, Through Which The Progress Of The Project Is Systematically Recorded With Regard To The Agreed Goals And Milestones During The Entire Project Duration. In Addition, The Operational Planning Of The Project And The Dialogue Within The Team Supports Strategic Questions.
