The Specified Quantities Are Estimates Based On Current Plans And Expectations And Are Therefore Indicative. The Suspected Quantities (V.H.) Can Reduce By -25 % Or Increase By +25 %. Reduced Actual Quantities Cannot Give Rise To A Mandatory Purchase Of Any Parts. Proposed Actual Quantities Must Be Delivered And Implemented To The Conditions Of The Contractual Commitment. In Both Cases (Reduction And Increase) This May Not Entail Additional Costs. In Addition, All The Necessary Technical Documentation Of The Delivered Weighing Systems Is Provided, As Well As Work Instructions For The End Users On The Vehicle And In The Back Office Of The Systems, The Management Platform And Integrations Set Up. After The Installation, A Training Is Given To The Various Ivago Employees For The Use Of The Management System And The Weighing System In The Truck. There Is Sufficient Communication And Planning Between The Suppliers Of The Chassis/Superstructure And The Supplier Of The Standard Weighing Systems In Order To Bring The Assignment To A Successful Conclusion.
