Edilitarian Arrangement S5 S.A. It Initiates The Procurement Procedure In Order To Carry Out The Necessary Activities To Be Performed In Order To Ensure The Arrangement, Maintenance And Modernization Of Green Areas, Parks And Public Gardens, Sports Fields, Leisure Places And Childrens Playgrounds In Sector 5 Of Bucharest. For This Purpose, In Relation To The Requirements Of The Local Authority, It Is Desired To Diversify The Offer To Spend The Outdoor Time, To Improve The Urban Environment, The Preservation, Protection And The Sustainable Valorization Of The Heritage, By Carrying Out Actions Intended For The Improvement Of The Urban Environment, The Revitalization Of The Sector, The Regeneration And Decontamination Of The Decommissioned Land, The Reduction Of The Air Pollution And The Promotion Of The Air. Objectives Envisaged To Be Met With The Achievement Of The Measures Regarding The Urban Regeneration: The Completion Of The Urban Regeneration Services Through The Arrangement, Maintenance And Modernization Of The Green Spaces, Belonging To The Public Domain Of Sector 5 Of The Municipality Of Bucharest At The Level Of The Sector Will Have A Special Impact On The Attractiveness And The Socio-Economic Development Of The Quality Of The Living, Party Of Leisure Time, Given That Investments Can Aim For The Zonal Development Of The Sector, Including The Rehabilitation Of Historical Centers And Common Public Spaces Inside The Housing Assemblies.
