CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF LEGISLATIVE QUARTERS ASSIGNMENT: The successful Consultant shall be responsible for the Design and supervision of all construction works for the Construction of the Lagos State House of Assembly Legislative Quarters. This shall include the following: Preparation of Bid Documents Preparation of all Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical and other Drawings. Supervision of all Construction Works of the Project. The Expression of Interest/Pre-qualification proposal must be submitted in the following order: a. Cover Letter duly signed by the Companys authorized signatory indicating the specific area(s) of specialization under the two (2) headings (Works & Consulting Services): b. Company Profile. c. Certificate of Incorporation/Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) d. Companys Audited Accounts for the years (2022; 2023 and 2024): e. Evidence of financial capability (Reference letter from a reputable bank capable and willing to provide a line of credit for project execution, if required); f. Evidence of Technical capacity (list of equipment, staffing e.t.c.). g. Evidence of Experience as a Prime Contractor/Consultant/Supplier (Verifiable Letters of Contract Award and Certificate of Job Completion). h. Exact verifiable location and full address/contact; telephone numbers and Email address of the firm and authorized representative. i. Evidence of technical partnership (Manufacturers authorization when necessary). j. In case of joint Ventures, the Company shall provide evidence (MoU) of the joint ventures. k. Evidence of current registration as a Contractor/Consultant with the Lagos State Government.
