1. The Subject Of The Contract Is To Perform A Service Consisting In The Design, Construction And Implementation Of A New Internet Portal, Used To Present The Resources Of Cultural Heritage Resources Warmian-Masurian And Providing New E-Services. The Portal Will Be Based On Resources Digitized By The Regional Digitization Laboratory Of The European Meetings Center Światowid In Elbląg, Which Are Currently Presented At Www.Cifrowewm.Pl. This Portal Is To Be Integrated With The Database System, Which Will Be A Source Of Data For The Portal. 2. The Order Will Be Carried Out At The Following Dates: Stage I - Pre -Transmission Analysis - 4 Weeks From The Date Of Conclusion Of Contractap Ii - Preparation, Installation, Configuration Of The Test And Production Version Of The Portal And The Database System - 28 Weeks From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, Stage Iii - Production Start - Data Migration, Tests Of The Database System And Portal, Production And Training - 40 Weeks From The Date Of The Contract, Stage Iv. - Warranty - 60 Months From The Date Of Final Receipt Of The Contract 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Manner Of Execution Of The Contract (Including The Scope Of Stages) As Well As The Technical And Functional Requirements Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Included In Annex 1 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.
