The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of The Manufacturers Technical Support For The Equipment Held By The Employer, The Manufacturer Of Which Is Hpe Aruba Networking And The Related Software, The Subject Of The Contract Has Been Described In Detail In Swz And In The Attachments To Swz, And In Particular In A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Sopz) Constituting Annex 2 To Swz And In The Designed Provisions Of The Contract Swz, For A Period Of 12 Months From 15.08.2025. The Purchase Of The Contract/Service Contracts And The Start Of The Service Will Also Be Information On The Hpe Aruba Networking Website About The Purchase Of A Contract/Contracts. If There Are Any Trademarks, Patents Or Origin Of The Source Or A Special Process, Which Is Characterized By The Products Provided By A Specific Contractor - In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - It Should Be Assumed That The Employer Provided A Description With An Indication Of The Type And Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers With Parameters Not Worse Than Those Given In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Legal Basis - Art. 99 Para. 5 Of The Act). If There Are Norms, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications Or Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Of The Act, This Should Only Be Treated As A Help In Describing The Subject Of The Contract. In Each Case, Equivalent Solutions Are Permissible. The Employer Will Not Reject The Offer For The Lack Of Compliance With The Above -Mentioned Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Of The Act, Provided That The Contractor Proves In The Offer, In Particular By Means Of The Means Of Evidence, That The Proposed Solutions To An Equivalent Extent Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Legal Basis - Article 101 (5) Of The Act).
