If There Are Trademarks, Patents Or Origin In Swz, They Are Justified By The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Contract And Are Aimed At Indicating Specific Technical, Qualitative And Quality Parameters. All Own Names Of Materials, Devices, Materials, Etc. Used In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Specify The Technical Parameters Required By The Contracting Authority And Should Be Treated As Examples. 9.
