1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Collective Nutrition Service Of Students At Primary School No. 80 In Wrocław, At Ul. Polna 4, Consisting In The Organization Of Food For A Maximum Of 650, And On Average 600 Students A Day, Staying In The Ordering Party Every Day - According To The Principles Set Out In Annex 1 To Swz; 2. The Estimated Number Of Released Meals Is At 113600. The Minimum Daily Number Of Nutritional Packages, To Which The Contractor Is Obliged, Is 10 Sets. 3. As Part Of The Indicated Number Of Meals, The Following Diets Should Be Served: 1) Elimination Diets: A) Non -Dairy Diet B) Non -Dairy Diet, Misery C) Non -Dairy Diet, Taking Into Account Allergies To Fish And Soy D) Vegetarian Diet E) A Dairy Diet Taking Into Account An Allergy To Cocoa F) A Dairy Diet Taking Into Account The Allergy To Nuts, Cocoa, Chocolate, Citrus, Sesame G) Vegetarian Diet Taking Into Account Fish Allergy And Soy 2) Specialist Diets: A) Gluten -Free Diet B) Gluten -Free Diet, Wholeless Diet4. The Detailed Scope And Parameters Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Included In The Detailed Requirements Regarding The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Public Contract - Constituting Annex 1 To Swz.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Principles And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex 4 To Swz.6. In Order To Carry Out The Contract In Question, The Contracting Authority Is Renting The Contractor With The Necessary Rooms. The Rented Rooms Meet The Construction, Technical And Sanitary Requirements, But They Should Be Retrofitted With Kitchen Equipment And Canteen Equipment Necessary To Perform The Contract In Question: 1) Convection Oven 10 Shelf 1 Pcs. 2) Gas Core 4 Burner 1 Pcs. 3) Gas Stool 2 Pcs 1 Pcs. Considering The Possibility Of Exercising Control Of The Ordering Party And Parental Control In The Process Of Preparing Meals, The Contractor Is Obliged: 1) Comprehensively Prepare Meals On Site In The Building Of Primary School No. 80 In Wrocław, At Ul. Polna 4, 52-120 Wrocław, In Accordance With The Presented And Approved Menus (From The Delivery Of The Necessary Raw Materials - For Thermal And Culinary Treatment) And Then Spend Them In The School Canteen2) If Comprehensive Preparation Of Meals Will Not Be Possible On Site At The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Will Initially Prepare Individual Components Of Dinner, In Its Own, In Its Own, It Fulfills The Necessary Sanitary Requirements Of The Kitchen And Then Deliver Them To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party And Subject To The Necessary Heat And Culinary Treatment At The Site And Will Spend Students In The School Canteen. 8.
