Tenders are invited for Construction of 112 residential flats for government officials of Bangladesh Parliament Secretariat at Agargao in Dhaka projects external electrification work (Sub-Head: Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 02Nos 1250 kg 15-stop Passenger cum bed & 02Nos 1250 kg 15-stop Passenger cum Fire Fighters Lift for 1250sft & 1000sft Building) Eligibility of Tenderer: a) The minimum general experience of the contractor shall be 10(Ten) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. b) The minimum electro-mechanical experience as prime contractor in solely Lift supply and installation shall be minimum 300Lac under maximum One(01) No contract successfully completed within the last Five(05) years in any govt./semi govt./autonomous/private organization, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. The above experience done under a contract with major in building works shall be treated as works done by a subcontractor and shall not be treated as work done by Prime contractor. i) In case of the work done under any PWD Division the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD. ii) In case of the work done under any govt./semi govt/autonomous bodies other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive engineer of PWD . iii) In case of the work done in any private organization the works shall be certified in designated format by an executive engineer of PWD of that jurisdiction. c) Lift works shall be done in separate lift supply and installation work order and shall not be accepted if done under any contract with major in building works. d) The bidder shall have to submit test report of the proposed brand lift from country of origin. e)The bidder shall submit manufacturers authorization from the mother company of the proposed brand lift. This authorization shall have to be authenticated from chamber of commerce/ministry of commerce/ministry of foreign affairs of the origin country of the lift. f) The bidder shall be a sole agent or distributor of the concerned brand lift.
