The Object Of The Contract Is: Technical Design Services (Elaboration Of The Technical-Economic Documentation Dtac, Dtoe, Pt And Dde, Technical Assistance From The Designer) And Execution Of Works Within The Project Construction Of Nzeb Plus Housing Plus In The Municipality Of Brasov Uat Brașov Municipality Has Concluded The Financing Contract No. 19323/15.02.2023 Within The National Plan Of Redress And Resilience Component 10- Local Fund I.2- Nzeb Plus Housing Construction For Young People/Service Housing For Health And Education Specialists. Also, A Land Was Identified On Nucului F.N. And The Feasibility Study Was Prepared For The Construction Of 10 Type P+E+M Modules For 60 Housing Units. The Type Project Was Made Available To The Municipality Of Brasov By The Ministry Of Development, Public Works And Administration. The Feasibility Study No. 34/2023 Is Prepared By Bldg Architecture S.R.L. The Context Of The Investment Is Determined By The Initiative Of Brasov Municipality In Order To Build Social Housing And To Modernize The Existing Ones. In Order To Solve The Numerous Housing Requests, The Municipality Of Brașov Aims To Build A Number Of 60 Housing Units, Respectively 10 Modules With 6 Apartments, Intended For Young Marginal Communities Or Vulnerable Groups.
