The Overall Objective Of The Project Of Which This Market Is A Part Is The Construction, Lexploitation And Maintenance By Masen (The Promoter) Of 6 Photovoltaic Power Plants Located In Lest And South Of The Center Of Morocco (The Project). To Carry Out The Project, Masen Launched A Doffres International Call, On The Basis Of Donor Markets (Bei And Kfw) Markets, Which Consists Of One Or More Dlegal, Supply And Construction (Epc). This Separates The Sites Into Two (2) Lots According To Their Geographic Proximity. The Specific Objective Of This Market Is To Have A Technical Dassistance (At) Mission (At) Will Carry Out The Promoter During The Implementation Of The Project. Lat Will Be Structured Around Support In: I) The Langénierie Review With Follow -Up And Work During The Construction Phase; Ii) Technical Coordination With Donors In Order To Dassore The Good Continuity Of The Work In Accordance With The Schedule For Implementing The Project; And Iii) The Implementation Of The Environmental And Social Management System And Support For Health, Safety, Security, And Environment (Hsse)
