Pharmaceutical Products - Dsp “Delivery Of Medicinal Products”. The Dynamic Purchasing System (Dsp) Is Created For The Delivery Of Medicinal Products From The Positive Medical List (Pls) For The Needs Of The Contracting Authority. The Initial Specification Of Medicinal Products Attached To The Documentation Shall Indicate The Necessary Medicinal Products And Their Quantities In Accordance With The Assessment Of The Contracting Authority At The Time Of The Establishment Of The Dsp. These Quantities Are Forecast And Do Not Oblige The Contracting Authority To Outsource Them In Their Full Volume. The Specification Can Be Changed In The Course Of The Dsp, Including New Medicinal Products And/Or Changing The Quantities Of Medicinal Products.
