The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is: B Inspection With The Delivery Of Spare Parts And Consumables For Tg4, After Reaching 33 600 Working Hours In The Sofia East Tr. The Volume Of Activities Included In The B Inspection: Inspection Type B Shall Be Completed Within A Period Of 33600 Worked Hours And Includes The Following Activities: -Checking The Working Parameters Of The Turbo Aggregate, Compared To The Operating Manual And The Operating Parameters After The First Commissioning; -Vibration Diagnostics Of Turborage And Adjacent Equipment (Turbine, Generator, Pumps, Engines) Before Stopping (Using A Spectral Analyzer); -Check By Thermal Image (Insulation, Steam Leakage, Drainage Function); -Check The Work Of Ask; -Check Valves; -Diagnosis Of The Main Oil Pump And Rotating Device, Subjective Noise Evaluation, Vibrations And Leaks; -Generator Diagnostics: Subjective Assessment Of Noises, Vibrations And Leaks; -Check On The Operation Of The Drainage System, Oil System, Vapor System, Management Of The Turbogenerator Set; -Departure, Revision And Repair Of Turbine Bearings, Gearboxes And Generator; -Boroscopic (Endoscopic) Inspection Of The Accessible Part Of The Turbine Housing And The Turbine Blades (Body Temperature Less Than 50 ° C, If Applicable); -Non -Destructive Inspection Of The Bearings; -Delivery Of The Necessary Spare Parts And Consumables For The Repair; -Provision Of An Engineer For Supervision, Supervision And Commissioning.
