System And Support Services-Framework Agreement On It Service In The Area Of Citrix, Netscaler, Microsoft Sql And Overarching Support Services. The Term Of The Framework Agreement Is Set To 36 Months, With The Option Of A One -Time Extension By Another 12 Months. The Agreement Also Ends When The Values Of The Individual Calls Reach The Order Volume Mentioned Below. This Named Order Volume Is Therefore Also A Maximum Amount. Over The Entire Term Of The Framework Agreement (Including Optional Fourth Year), A Order Volume Of Eur 2,160,000 Plus Vat Is Estimated In Individual Retrieval Orders. Although The Order Volume Was Carefully Estimated By The Rwth Aachen University Hospital Based On The Needs, The Exact Amount Of The Volume To Be Awarded Cannot Be Guaranteed. There Is No Entitlement To The Allocation Of Orders Up To This Order Volume By The Contractors. The Periodicity Of The Individual Calls Cannot Be Specified. Calls Take Place If Necessary. After Completing The 3Rd Year Of The Contract, The Contract Is Automatically Extended By Another 12 Months, Unless 3 Months Before The End Of The Contract.
