The Object Subject To The Contract Is Municipal Property. The Beginning Of The Section, Which Is Intended For Reconstruction, Is At The End Of V.S. Dunes Km. 8+200, And The End Is At The Intersection Of The Municipal Road In Vs 1210 With The Republican Road Ii-99 Burgas-Tsarevo Km. 12+000. The Technical Investment Project For The Site Provides For Two Stages In Implementation: - Stage 1: Reconstruction Of The Flooring Of The Main Road Route (Removal Of Damage To The Construction Of The Flooring, Damage To The Flooring Itself And Complete Re -Asphalting); - Stage 2: Construction Of A Bike Lane From Km. 8+325 To Km. 11+180. ​​​​​​​ The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works For The Site: Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road Bgs1210/ Ii - 99/ - Sozopol - Camping Kavatsi/ Bgs 1220/ In The Section From Km 8+200 To Km 12+000 . The Execution Of The Contract Includes The Construction Of The Site According To The Prepared, Agreed And Approved In The Respective Order Of Investment Project, Quantities And Types Of Construction Works And All Activities Reflected In The Technical Specification And The Proposal For The Execution Of The Contract. The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes The Implementation Of The Following Activities, Which Are Related To The Execution Of The Construction And Assembly Works Of The Site And Represent A Condition As A Consequence Or Addition To It: Implementation Of The Construction Works In Accordance With The Technical Design Prepared And Approved By The Contracting Authority, In Accordance With The Prescriptions And Orders In The Order Book. Delivery And Investment In The Construction Of The Construction Products (Construction Materials). Delivery Of Construction Parts/Elements And Their Investment In The Construction. If Necessary, Providing Terrains For The Needs Of Construction - For Temporary Construction, For Storage Of Materials And Equipment And Other Needs, In Connection With The Implementation Of The Construction Established By The Safety And Health Plan - Only In Cases Where They Will Be Located Outside The Adjacent Territory Of The Site. Performing The Necessary Tests And Laboratory Tests To Prove Project Strength Characteristics, Etc. Timely Drafting Of Acts And Protocols During The Construction And Preparation Of Executive Documentation. Organizing The Activities For The Collection, Transportation, Disposal And Recovery Of Construction And Other Waste Resulting From The Implementation Of The Activities, In Accordance With The Prepared Puso And The Requirement Of The Bulgarian Legislation. Removal Of The Defects Established During The Delivery Of The Construction And Its Acceptance By The Contracting Authority.
