The Object Of The Public Procurement Is Delivery Of Goods Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Public Procurement Act (Public Procurement Act) And Has The Subject Of Delivery Of Circuit Breakers, In Accordance With The Conditions And Requirements Of The Contracting Authority. The Subject Of The Order Is Divided Into 2 (Two) Lots: Lot # 1: “Delivery Of 12 Kv Generator Circuit Breakers For The Vacha 2 Hydroelectric Power Plant; Lot 2: Delivery Of Vacuum Circuit Breakers 12/630/16 For Hpp Troyan 1 . Delivery Requirements Are Detailed In The Technical Specifications Of The Two Lots. According To Art. 46, Para. 4 Of The Public Procurement Act, Bids May Be Submitted For One Or Both Lots. According To Art. 46, Para. 5 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority Does Not Limit The Number Of Separate Positions Assigned To One Contractor. Consideration Of The Tenders: On The Grounds Of Art. 104 Para. 2 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Commission Will Evaluate The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants Before Pre -Selection. The Actions Of The Commission Will Be Carried Out In The Sequence Provided For In Art. 61 Of The Rules For Implementation Of The Public Procurement Act (Pppop).
