The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Divided Into The Following Lots: Lot 1 (Op No. 1) - Selection Of The First Provider For Providing Communication Services Through Fixed Networks Realized On Optical Ground Routes, With Independent Communication Infrastructure; Lot 2 (Op No. 2) - Choosing A Second Provider For Providing Communication Services Through Fixed Networks Realized On Optical Ground Routes, With Independent Communication Infrastructure; Lot No. 3 (Op No. 3) - Selection Of A Contractor For The Provision Of Voting And Data Transfer Services Through A Public Telecommunications Mobile Cell Network With National Coverage According To Gsm/Umts/Lte/5G (Or Equivalent) Standard. In View Of Their Estimated Value, On The Grounds Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Services Under Op No. 3 Will Be Assigned In Accordance With The Procedure Provided For In Art. 20, Para. 3, Item 2 Of The Public Procurement Law, Valid For Their Individual Value, Namely Through The Awarding Method Collecting Tenders With An Ad. The Scope Of Communication Services Subject To The Award With This Procedure (The Services Provided For Under Op No. 1 And Op No. 2) Includes The Provision Of Communication Services Through Fixed Networks Implemented On Optical Ground Routes For The Needs Of The Bnb, Incl.: Reserved, Unlimited Traffic And Guaranteed Delivery Of Fixed Internet At Symmetrical Speed (In: Out) Through An Independent Communication Infrastructure; Data Transmission Services; Provision Of A Fixed Telephone Service (Providing Automatic Input With The Ability To Address 10,000 Numbers); Provision To Use Dark Fiber Optical Fiber [1] (Or Equivalent).
