This Public Procurement Covers Stage 2 - Change The Purpose Of Existing Household Building /Kitchen, Dining Room And Service Premises /, Located In Rle Xiii, Square 70 According To The Plan Of The Town Of Strazhitsa, Strazhitsa Municipality, Veliko Turnovo District, In The Center For Personal Development - Municipal Childrens Complex. It Is Envisaged To Separate The Following Premises: Four Entrances, Four Halls For Different Events, One Of Which Will Be A Computer, Office, A Vacation Room, A Warehouse, A Technical Room And Four Sanitary Units, One Of Which Will Be For People With Reduced Mobility And With Various Difficulties. The New Premises Will Be Separated By Removing Non -Bearing Walls And By Building New Light Partition Walls. It Is Envisaged To Build A Ramp And Install A New Railing On The Stairs Leading To The Inner Courtyard Of The Building. It Is Also Envisaged To Build A Visor Over The Ramp. It Is Envisaged To Provide A Bicycle Parking Area Near One Of The Entrances, For Five Seats, Which Meets The Requirements Of Ordinance No. Rd-02-20-2 Of December 20, 2017 For The Planning And Design Of The Communication And Transport System Of The Urban Territories. It Is Envisaged To Replace The Old Water Supply Installation With A New Installation Of Polypropylene Pipes. The Installation Of New Distribution Boards Is Envisaged. The Electrical Installation In The Building Will Be Replaced. The Lighting Fixtures Will Be Replaced With New Led Lighting Fixtures.
