The Order Is Divided Into Two Lots: Lot # 1: “Delivery By Purchase Of Asphalt Mixture” Lot 2: Delivery By Buying An Emulsion The Present Public Procurement Is Of An Estimated Value Of Bgn 65,000 (Sixty -Five Thousand) Without Vat Or Bgn 78,000 (Seventy -Eight Thousand) With Vat Provided By The Budget Of Parvomay Municipality, Distributed In Lots As Follows: - Lot No 1 - 64 500 (Sixty -Four Thousand Five Hundred) Bgn Without Vat; - Lot 2 - 500 (Five Hundred) Bgn Without Vat. Considering The Estimated Value Of A Lot 1, The Award Of The Order Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With Chapter Twenty -Six Collecting Offers With An Advertisement By The Public Procurement Law. Considering The Estimated Value Of A Lot 2 - 500 Bgn Without Vat, The Total Value Of The Contract - Bgn 65,000 Without Vat, As Well As The Fact That The Estimated Value Of A Separate Position №2 Is Below 20 Percent Of The Total Value Of The Contract And In View Of The Provision Of Art. Item 3 Of The Ppa For Direct Award. The Term Of The Concluded Contract Begins To Run From The Date Of Its Signing And Is For A Period Of 1 / One / Year Or Until Its Maximum Estimated Value For Each Of The Separate Positions, Depending On Which Of The Two Events Occurred Earlier. In The Event That At The Time Of Signing The Contract, The Municipality Of Parvomay Has An Active Contract Concluded For Supplies With An Identical Subject, Then The Present Shall Enter Into Force After Its Termination/Expiry Of Its Term, For Which The Contracting Authority Shall Notify The Contractor. The Order Will Be Executed On Separate Deliveries/Batches. The Delivery Time Of The Individual Batches Is 2 Working Days From The Day Of Submission Of The Request. Within This Period, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Required Amount Of Asphalt Mixture, For Which The Contracting Authority Has Applied.
