The Subject Includes The Following Activities For The Relevant Site: - Exercise Construction Supervision During Construction Until The Acceptance And Commissioning Of The Construction In The Mandatory Scope, Regulated In The Spatial Planning Act And The By -Laws For Its Implementation, Including Carrying Out Inspection And Control Of The Construction Products Delivered And Used In The Construction, Which Ensures The Fulfillment Of The Basic Requirements For The Construction Works In Accordance With The Construction Works In Accordance With The Requirements. 9, Para. 2, Item 5 Of The Law On The Technical Requirements For Products, As Well As The Coordination Of The Construction Process Until The Commissioning Of The Construction, Including The Control Of The Quantities, The Quality And Conformity Of The Completed Construction And Assembly Works With The Contract For The Implementation Of The Engineering Of The Site, As Well As Other Activities Subject To The Engineering Contract; - Fulfillment Of The Functions Of The Safety And Health Coordinator In Accordance With The Provisions Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 2004 On The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety At Work When Performing Construction And Installation Works, Incl. Fulfillment Of All Obligations Of The Contracting Authority Provided For In The Said Ordinance; - Preparation Of A Final Construction Report, In Accordance With Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Spatial Planning Act And Ordinance No. 2 Of July 31, 2003 On The Commissioning Of The Works In The Republic Of Bulgaria And The Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Installation Works, Facilities And Construction Sites, And An Updated Technical Passport For The Construction According To Art. 176A Of The Spatial Planning Act And Ordinance No. 5 Of 2006 On The Technical Passports Of The Construction Works; - Management Of The Processes Of Commissioning Until The Issuance Of A Certificate Of Commissioning; - Wearing Responsibility Under Art. 168 Para. 7 Of The Spatial Planning Act Until The Warranty Periods Expire For The Respective Types Of Construction Works.
