The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Exercise Of Construction Supervision During The Execution Of Construction Works On The Streets In The Municipality Of Dve Mogili At 7 Lots. The Contractor For Each Lot Is Responsible For His Activities And Obligations As A Participant In The Investment Process, Regulated In Art. 166 And Art. 168 Of The Spatial Planning Act, As Well As For Those Resulting From Art. 178 Of The Spa, As Well As Other Applicable Provisions Of The Current Legislation.
