No Division Is Made Into Plots. Recent Tenders Show That The Separation Of Natural Gas And Electricity Ensures That The Competition Is Reduced By Fewer Participants. There Is Little To No Interest For A Separate Plot For Delivering Gas Alone. No Separate Plot Is Set For The Gvos (Guarantees Of Origin). The Transaction Costs For Windesheim And Potential Tenderers Are As Disproportionate To The Financial Size Of An Assignment For Only The Delivery Of Gvos.
