User Support Of The Contracting Authority Under The Conditions Of Individual Catalog Sheets Referred To In Annex 1 Of The Framework Agreement (Hereinafter Referred To As The “Catalog Sheets”), In Particular (But Not Exclusively) In The Following Areas: A. Consolidation And Administration Of Hw And Sw Infrastructure; System Support And Management And Management Of Configurations; D. F. Monitoring And Supervisory Services Of Security Infrastructure, G. Maintenance And Extension Of Guarantees On Hw And Sw (Hereinafter Referred To As “Catalog List Services”); (Ii) The Provision Of Other Services Through Members Of The Suppliers Implementation Team According To The Contracting Authoritys Requirements For The Entire Period Of Effectiveness Of The Framework Agreement (Hereinafter Referred To As The “Specialists Services”) Beyond The Services According To The Catalog Sheets; And Iii) Eventual Provision Of Exit Services Associated With The Final Termination Of Services Under The Framework Agreement And The Preparation And Handover Of The Infrastructure Of The Contracting Authority At The End Of The Contractual Relationship According To The Instructions Of The Contracting Authority, Which Includes In Particular: Providing The Necessary Cooperation According To The Contracting Authority Additional, Elaboration Of An Exit Plan In A Time Of Time And Providing The Necessary Cooperation To Its Implementation (Hereinafter Referred To As The “Exit”) (Hereinafter Referred To As The Services, Services According To Catalog Sheets, Specialists And Exit Services As “Services” Or Individually As “Service”). The Services Will Be Provided To The Extent And In The Manner Described In The Framework Agreement And Further In Annex 1 To This Framework Agreement (Hereinafter Also “Technical Specifications”), Including Cross -Sectional Requirements.
