Maintaining Cleanliness On Municipal Roads Through: 1) Maintaining Cleanliness On The Roads, Pavements, Separate Bicycle And Pedestrian Paths, Parking Lots, Bus Stops And Bus Bays, 2) Maintaining Cleanliness On Other Elements Of The Road Lane, 3) Caring For Green Lane, 4) Emptying Baskets, 4) Emptying Baskets, 5) Removal Of Grass And Other Plants On: Roadways, Pavements, Bicycle Paths, Pedestrian And Bicycle Paths, Parking Lots And Fixed-Off Areas, 6) Removal Of Ads And Advertising From Road Infrastructure (Road Signs, Signaling Devices (Except For Tasks Carried Out Under A Separate Contract) And Trees And Poles (Except For Advertising Columns), Removing Advertisements, Advertising Graffiti From The Lantern, 7) Assembly And Service Of Cover On Trees And Shrubs, 8) Removal Of Oil Stains And Other Impurities Resulting From Road Events, 9) Washing Barriers Under The Viaduct During Al. Jana Pawła Ii And Barriers In The Parking Lot At Ul. Grunwaldzka 2. Cleansing Bus Shelters Through :: 1) 1) Removal Of Advertisements, Ads And Graffiti, 2) 2) Washing Shelters, 3) 3) Removal Of Snow, Leaves And Other Impurities From The Roofs Of The World; Ii. 3. Providing Cleanliness Within Bus Stops Located In Poviat, Voivodship And National Road Lanes By: 1) Maintaining Cleanliness On Pavements And Fixed -Feet Areas, 2) Emptying Baskets For Waste, 3) Removal Of Grass And Other Plants On The Pavements In The Balances. Ii. Option Right. The Employer Provides Under The Law To Increase The Scope Of The Basic Order To 35 % Of The Value Of Remuneration For The Basic Scope (Entire Subject Of The Contract), The Following Terms: 1) The Use Of The Indicated Option May Take Place Within The Date Of The Contract And Will Be Settled On The Basis Of Unit Prices Given In The Offer And The Rules Arising From The Contract, Provided That The Funds Have In The Budget. 2) The Exercise Of The Right Of The Option Will Take Place By Writing The Contractor In Writing To The Contracting Authority About The Exercise Of The Right Of The Option. 3) In The Event Of The Right Of The Option, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform It Under The Conditions Specified In The Contract For The Basic Order. 4) The Employer May Exercise The Right Of Options In Whole Or In Part.
