Works For Complete Or Part Construction And Civil Engineering Work - Tendering Of Main Contract On Earth, Road And Drainage On Project Expansion Of The Øresund Motorway (Stage 1). On Large Parts Of The Øresund Motorway, There Are Today Tribulation Problems During Rush Hour And Extensive Queuing By E.G. Traffic Accidents. This Applies Primarily To The Western Part Of The Road And At The Connecting Facilities In Kastrup And Tårnby. With The Expected Traffic Growth, The Øresund Motorway Will Constitute Even More A Traffic Bottleneck In The Future With Critical Congestion. The Parliament Has Therefore On May 23, 2024, Passed The Act On The Extension Of The Øresund Motorway, And Sund & Bælt Holding A/S Is Authorized To Handle The Expansion. A/S Øresund Has Chosen To Divide The Project “Expansion Of The Øresund Motorway” In Two Stages. Stage 1 Deals With The Extension Of The Highway With Extra Tracks Between Amager Motorway And Tsa 17, Including The Establishment Of A New Parallel Ramp Between Tsa 20 And Tsa 19 In The Westbound Direction. Stage 2 Deals With Renovation Of Tsa15/16 At Kastrup Airport, As Well As Subsequent Wear Layer For The Entire Stretch. This Tender Relates To Stage 1, Which Is Offered As A Main Contract. The Main Contract Includes Land, Road And Drainage Work, Incl. Paving Work, Traffic Flow, Car Protection, Road Signs And Marking. In Addition, Smaller Construction And Installation Work Is Included When Upgrading A Pumping Station. The Workers Must Be Carried Out Along The Motorway In Operation And The Shutdown Of The Road Workers Is Included In This Contract. The Contract Is Started With A Collaborative And Project Optimization Phase (Spo Phase) Which Aims To Establish Close And Effective Cooperation Between The Contractor And The Developer, Ensuring A Common Understanding Of The Project, Ensuring Timely Risk Management And Mitigation, Collaboration On Optimized Solutions In, Among Other Things. Traffic Disorder, Plant Logistics, Drainage And Sustainability, Thus Ensuring An Optimal Execution In The Execution Phase That Meets The Builders Requirements For Time, Finances, Sustainability And Quality. The Spo Phase Must Ensure That There Is A Common And Consolidated Basis For Further Cooperation. In The Spo-Phase, The Developer, The Developers Advisor And The Contractor Participate. The Developer Expects To Make A Number Of Clarifications/Changes To The Project Material, As A Consequence Of The Optimization Made In The Spo Phase. The Execution Phase Generally Consists Of The Execution Of The Workers Up To The Final, Submitted Construction Project. Contracts Which Border On This Contract Appear In Sab - Workplace.
