Works For Complete Or Part Construction And Civil Engineering Work - Participation Competition: Ggs Steigerweg New Building / Expansion Bep - General Manager / Entrepreneurial Services With Planning From Performance Phase 3. The Existing Ggs Steigerweg Is To Be Expanded By A Three -Tier School To A Four -Day Primary School. The Goal Is The Turnkey Construction Of The School Building. The New/ Extension Of The Ggs Steigerweg Is To Be Implemented In Modular Construction. The Construction Site Activities Must Be Coordinated On The School Operations That Take Place At The Same Time. The Coordinated But Non-Binding Preliminary Drafting (Lp1-2) Provides For A Three-Storey New Building Building With A Single-Storey Auditorium In The North. The Existing Football Field Is Dismantled Here. Along The Western Property Border, The New Building Extends From The Connection To The Southernmost Existing Building To The Area Of The Football Field. The Building Is Built As A Single -Dated Man. In The Northern Course, The Linear New Building Dodges The Building Stock And Runs In A Shutdown. The Coherent, Three -Storey New Building Fits Into The Light Slope And Grabs The School Yard, So That The Southern Property Area Is Not Built On With The Valuable Trees.
