The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of A Service In The Field Of Supervision Over Design, Management And Control, As Well As Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Contract Concluded As A Result Of The Public Procurement Procedure Called In The Further Content Of The Contract, The Subject Of Which Is: S6 Western Western Road Bypass Of Szczecin - Section 1 Kołbaskowo - Swings (From Km 1+900 To Km 15+484) On The Conditions Specified In The Contract With The Consultant And In Accordance With The Conditions And In Accordance With The Conditions Contractual. The Subject Of The Contract Is In Particular: A) Supervision Over Design, Verification Of Project Documentation, Its Completeness, Mutual Compliance, Making Control Calculations In Order To Find Possible Errors, B) Management, Performing Investor Supervision And Control Over The Implementation Of Works Until The Date Of Issuing The Final Payment Certificate, C) Conducting Information And Promotional Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Project And Cooperation In This Respect, Including With The Department Director, Project Manager And Communication Position At The Gddkia Branch, D) Fulfilling The Obligations Resulting From The Procedures Contained In Current Requirements/Guidelines For Investments Co -Financed From Eu Funds And Current Procedures Of The Poiś Project Beneficiary For Gddkia (Or Procedures That Will Be Used In The Next Eu Perspective), E) Investors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works And Participation In Warranty Reviews And Supervising The Removal Of Possible Defects/Defects Found In Warranty Inspections, Under The Contract, F) Supporting The Ordering Party As A Loyal And Conscientious Adviser In All Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Project, G) Supervising Design Work And Robots In The Scope Of Additional Tasks, Necessary For The Performance Of The Contract - Resulting In The Implementation Of The Contract - Granted Under The Public Procurement Law, H) Constant Monitoring, Conducting And Resolving Matters Related To Proper Execution By Individual Contractors, Documents Of The Contractor And Construction Works At The Interface Of Neighboring Contracts, And Close Cooperation With The Consultant Teams Supervising Neighboring Investments - As A Result Of Which The Consultant Will Be Required To Work Out The Rules And The Method Of Proper Performance Of The Contractor And Works. If Necessary, The Consultant Conducting Coordination At The Interface Of Projects Will Be Appointed By The Employer. The Employer Does Not Reserve The Obligation To Perform Key Tasks By The Contractor In Person. A Total Estimated Government Of The Size Of The Order Above Eur 143,000 And Below Eur 10,000,000.
