Depending On The Number Of Admitted Candidates, The Possibility Of Concluding Laccord-Cadre Is Envisaged With A Dattributive Number Of Less Than 3 But Being Necessarily Greater Than 1, In Order To Guarantee The Multi-Attribution. In Accordance With Larticle R.2162-4 Of The Public Procurement Code, A Framework Is Concluded With A Maximum: 50 Million Deuros. Laccord Frame Is Composed In Two Missions:-A Diagnostic-Space Mission (Diag-Esq) And A Summary Davant-Projet Mission (Aps) Relating To Each Land (Pavilion Or Land), Via Purchase Orders, As Described In Articles R.2431-8 And R.2431-19, As Well As R.2431-10 And R.2431-21 Global Via Subsequent Markets Relating To Several Land (Pavilion/Dwellings Or Land) Corresponding To An Operation: • The Design (Including Update Of Laps), • The Realization Of Demolition Work, Construction Or Rehabilitation Of Pavilions, • If Necessary, The Treatment Of Laminant, Lead And The Use Of Work Not Provided For Feasibility. The Details Of These Missions And Their Technical Specifications Are Indicated In The Programmatic Note And Its Annexes. The Reference Ccag And Their Possible Derogations Will Be Mentioned In The Offer Phase. In Accordance With Larticle L. 2113-11 1 ° Of The Public Procurement Code, The Market Will Not Be Allocated, Insofar As The Even Of The Market Does Not Allow The Identification Of Separate Services, In Accordance With Larticle L2113-10 Of The Ccp. The Contracting Authority Will Be Able To End The Market Each Year On The Anniversary Of The Notification Of A Framework, Without Compensation Subject To A Prior Information To The Holders Two Months Before Lacord-Cadre License (By Registered Mail).
