Work Detail

Construction Work - Bülowsvej 2 Stage - 39 General Family Housing. These Tendering Conditions Apply To The Tendering Of Total Contract Regarding The Construction Of 39 Public Housing For The Housing Association Søbo. As A Natural Extension Of The Successful Housing Project On Nord-Westhavnsvej/Bülowsvej, Department 35, The Area Is Now Expanding With A New Building On The Adjoining Neighboring Ground, Department 36. The Family Homes Consist Of 3- And 4-Bedroom Apartments, And Student Housing Is Designed As 2-Bedroom Apartments. All 39 Homes Have Been Sought With Support As Family Homes. The Building Is Built As A Storey Building Of 3-4 Floors In Two Buildings With Displacements Both In Facade Line And Floor Height. Where One Building Is With Student Housing And The Other Building Has Both Family Homes And Student Housing. The Building Will Be Erected In The Western Part Of Sønderborg On Bülowsvej 6 On Land No. 3780 (2,953 M2), And Land No. 7000B (Approx. 4,153 M2. Matrix No. 3780, Is Contaminated From Former Owner Sønderborg Forning. The Pollution Is Worst In The Area Laid Out As Parking, Therefore Parking Must Also Be Carried Out With Asphalt. The Developer Is Granted A Section 8 Permission. Matric # 7000B Must Be Used As A Construction Site And Subsequently Parking Space With Gravel Is Built. Coatings, Trails, Parking Spaces, Waste Space, Planting And Etc. Also Included In The Total Contract. The Living Space For The Public Housing Is 3,089 M² (Support Justified) And 104 M2 Basement (Not Eligible And Therefore Not Included In The Living Space) And Is Divided Into 39 Apartments With 2-4 Rooms Of Between 66 - 113 M2. As One Of The Options, The Price Of 100 M2 Basement Must Be Given (Extra In Addition To The 104 M2 Included In The Price). It Is Important For The Builder That At Least 20 Of The Student Housing Are Ready For Study Start 2027 And With Occupancy By September 1, 2027. Therefore, There Is The Possibility Of Stage Delivery, So That The Housing Building With 20 Student Housing Is Delivered No Later Than 16 August 2027, And The Remaining Subsequently Delivered Cf. The Main Schedule. Total Contractor Can Freely Choose Whether All Student Housing Is Handed Over Together Or Whether A Block Is Delivered. If The Contractor Selects Stage Delivery, All Expenses, The Union, Must Be Included In The Total Contract Price, Including But Not Limited To Temporary Access, Building Permits, Commissioning Certificate And So On. If The Delivery Of The Other 13 Family Homes Can Be Delivered Earlier Than It Indicates In The Main Schedule It Is Also An Option. It Is Also Possible To Adjust The Main Schedule Planning Period, However, The Duration Of The Builder Approval/Commentary Cannot Be Changed. The Sanctioning Date Is Shown In The Schedule.
