As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged In Particular To: A) To Provide 15 Graphics Stations (Hereinafter Referred To As Equipment); B) Providing 2 Pieces Of Portable Computers Such As A Mobile Graphics Station (Hereinafter Referred To As Equipment). 3. The Equipment Should Be Covered By A Minimum Of 36 -Month Warranty (According To The Information Provided By The Contractor In The Offer - 36 Months/48 Months/60 Months) Calculated From Signing The Equipment Reception Protocol - Without Comments. 4. The Place Of Delivery Of The Equipment Is The Building Of The Marshals Office Of The Lublin Province At Artur Grottgera 4 In Lublin. The Contractor Will Provide Transport To The Indicated Room. 5. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Is Annex 1 To Swz. 6. If The Documents Of The Order Would Indicate Trademarks, Patents Or Origin In Relation To Certain Materials Or Devices - The Contracting Authority, In Accordance With Art. 99 Para. 5 Pzp, Allows The Offering Of Equivalent Materials Or Devices. Materials Or Devices From Specific Manufacturers Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters, The Utility Features That The Materials Or Devices Offered By The Contractor Must Meet To Meet The Requirements Set By The Contracting Authority. Materials And Devices From Specific Manufacturers Are Only A Qualitative Pattern Of The Subject Of The Contract. By The Term Minimum Quality Parameters And Utility Features, The Contracting Authority Understands The Requirements For Materials Or Devices Contained In Generally Available Sources, Catalogs, And Manufacturers Websites. The Use Of Product/Manufacturers Names Is Only An Exemplary Character. The Contracting Authority, Indicating The Designation Of A Specific Manufacturer (Supplier) Or A Specific Product In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, At The Same Time Allows Equivalent Products With Utility Parameters And Qualitative Features At Least At The Level Of Parameters Of The Indicated Product, Thus Recognizing Each Product With Indicated Or Better Parameters. 7. In Any Case, When The Employer Describes The Subject Of The Contract Through A Reference To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approval, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, Allows Equivalent Solutions. 8. In Each Case Of Using A Specific Label Or Certificate Specified In Art. 104 And 105 Pzp, The Employer Also Accepts All Other Markings Confirming That Construction Works, Deliveries Or Services Meet Equivalent Requirements. 9. In Cases Where The Contractor, For Reasons Beyond His Control, Is Not Able To Obtain A Label Or Certificate Specified By The Employer Confirming That He Offers Construction Works, Deliveries Or Services.
