The Subject Of The Order Is The Organization And Conduct Of A Competition For A Short Film Form Entitled About Professionals With Humor In The Film Team. 2. The Order Includes The Following Elements: A) Preparation Of The Daily Schedule Of Implementation Of Individual Stages Of The Order; B) Organization And Logistic Service Of Preparatory Activities And The Competition, Including Primarily: Providing Substantive Persons - Experts; Development Of The Competition Graphics And The Competition Platform; Organization Of Online Meetings With Primary Schools And Professionally Educating Schools; Organization And Logistics Service Together With The Provision Of Workshop Catering For Participants In The Field Of Film Creation; Organization And Logistics Service With The Provision Of Catering Of Vip Jury; C) Organization And Logistics Service Of The Winners Gala, With Providing Didactic/Educational Materials To Give Participants, Including: Renting Space For The Needs Of Gala Organization, Technical Service Of The Event, Providing A Moderator/Master Of Ceremonies, Preparation Of An Artistic Performance (Optionally, According To The Contractors Offer), Providing Catering, Providing Parking Spaces, Creating A Graphic Design And Printout Of Diplomas For Care, Winners, Schools Participating In The Competition, Creating A Graphic Project Of Invitations, Providing Statuettes/Plates For Schools And Jury, Providing Materials - Teaching Aid, Which Will Also Perform An Educational Function. 3. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) Is Annex 1D To Swz And It Will Be Introduced As An Attachment To The Public Procurement Contract. 3. The Terms Of The Contract Are Included In The Proposed Provisions Of The Public Procurement Agreement, Which Will Be Entered Into The Public Procurement Contract - The Contract Template And Constitute Annex 1C To Swz (They Are Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract Template). 4. The Ordering Party According To The Disposal Arising From Art. 95 Of The Act Specifies That It Does Not Require Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing Activities In The Scope Of The Contract. 5. As Part Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Transfer Property Rights To The Contracting Authority In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract Template
