Tenders are invited for Provision and Operation of Cybersecurity Systems, Management of Monitoring Operations and Delivery of Advisory and Governance Services for the Shura Council. The Tenders/Auctions Committee at the Shura Council is pleased to invite you to participate in the above-mentioned tender in accordance with the following: 1. The companies shall notify the Shura Council - Tenders and Auctions Committee confirming receipt of the invitation, whether to participate or decline. 2. Tender documents may be obtained from the Tenders and Auctions Committee at the Shura Council (The White Palace) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 5,000 Qatari Riyals, to be deposited into the Shura Councils account No. (0013-005853-001) at Qatar National Bank. 3. The tender must be accompanied by a temporary bank guarantee amounting to 5% of the commercial offer, enclosed with the companys financial proposal, and valid for (120) days. The awarded Tenders shall submit a final bank guarantee of 10% of the total awarded value, valid for (120) days after the completion of the contract execution period, prior to signing the contract. 4. The offer should be valid for period of (120) days from the closure date and shall be considered binding and irrevocable during this period. 5. The closing time will be at 12:00 pm on 29/5/2025. During the contract execution period, the Council reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantities or scope of work in accordance with the contract terms and prices. 6. Bidders shall submit their offers at the shura Council in sealed envelopes and stamped by red wax, Addressed to the Tenders and Auctions Committee Chairman. The envelopes must clearly indicate the tender number, subject, and closing date, without mentioning the company name.
