(e) Current tax clearance certificate of the company AND TWO (2) Directors for the last three (3) years (2022, 2023 and 2024) (f) Evidence of technical capacity (List of equipment, staffing etc (g) Possession of experience as prime contractor/consultant or supplier in at Least 2 projects or jobs similar in nature and complexity with verifiable letter of contract awards and certificate of jobs completion within the last 5 years. (h) Exact verifiable location and full address/contact telephone numbers and email address of authorized representatives, evidence of technical partnership (Manufacturers authorization where necessary). (i) In case of joint ventures, the company shall provide evidence of the joint ventures agreement executed by both parties in the joint ventures.
