Tenders are invited for Obtaining of Houses on Lease Basis for the Provision of Hostel Facilities Applications will be received to obtain houses on Lease Basis suitable to be used as Student Hostels for the Faculty of Indigenous Social Science & Management Studies of the Gampaha Wickramarachchi University of Indigenous Medicine, by the Chairman of the Procurement Committee for Student Hostel Facilities of the University. Interested owners of houses having Clear Deeds can submit bids containing details stated below. The lease period will be 02 years. Leasingout will be subject to the Government valuation. i) Should be houses capable of providing Hostel facilities for around 30-40 students and situated within 05 km radius of the Faculty of Indigenous Social Science & Management Studies at 55, Thalapathpitiya Road, Embuldeniya, Nugegoda. ii) Should contain sufficient water, electricity and sanitary facilities and situated in a secure environment with surround walls and gates fixed. iii) Should have a clear and undisputed access road. iv) Should mention the monthly lease rental expected clearly. All bids in sealed covers marked Leasingout of houses for Hostel Facilities a the left-side top corner could either be sent by Registered Post addressed to Assistant Registrar, Faculty of Indigenous Social Science & Management Services, No. 55, Thalapathpitiya Road, Embuldeniya, Nugegoda or placed in the Bid Box kept in the Office of the Faculty of Indigeneous Social Science & Management Studies, to be received at or before 2.00 p.m. on 16.05.2025. Bids received will be opened at 2.15 p.m. same day. Bids received late will be rejected. Bidder or one of his authorized representatives can be present at the bid opening.
