COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS The bid document can be obtained from the procurement unit, Federal Medical Centre, Umuahia upon an evidence of payment of non-refundable tender fee of Twenty Thousand Naira (N20,000.00) only paid into Federal Medical Centre, Umuahias Remita Account in any reputable Commercial Bank in Nigeria. 5. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS CATEGORY A&B Prospective bidders are to submit two (2) hard copies of the Technical and Financial Bids packaged separately in scaled envelopes and clearly marked Technical Bid or Financial Bid with the name of the bidder, address and phone number.
