The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Delivered To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party In A Complete State, Free From Factory, Material, Executive And Construction, As Well As Legal Defects, In An Undamaged And Intact, Original Packaging. The Offered Elements Of The Subject Of The Order On The Day Of Submitting Offers Cannot Be Intended For Withdrawal From Sale. 4. The Contractor Is Obligatory With The Offer: A) A Statement On The Compliance Of The Parameters Of The Offered Elements Of The Subject Of The Opz, According To Annex 2 To Swz- Price Form- Together With An Indication Of Unit Prices And Gross Prices Total, B) Documents- In Particular Certificates And Other Documents Constituting Part Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Listed As Part Of The Opz- Annex.
