Virtual Full-Time And Part-Time Language Training . The Office Of The Superintendent Of Financial Institutions (Osfi) Has A Requirement For The Provision Of Virtual Individual Part-Time And Full-Time Language Training Services Across The 4 Osfi Offices (Ottawa, Toronto, Montreal And Vancouver) Covering Two Time Zones. It Is Intended To Result In The Award Of Up To Five (5) Contracts For 1 (One) Year For The Initial Period, Plus 5 (Five) Irrevocable Option(S), Allowing Canada To Extend The Term Of The Contract(S) By One-Year Each. Please Note That Osfi Anticipates That The Potential Value Of Each Contract Awarded Could Reach A Maximum Of $3,750,000.00 Over The Total Contract Period, Including All Optional Periods. Osfi Intends To Award Up To Five Contracts, Each Valued At Up To $1 Million For The Initial Period (Conditional On Funding Available). If Fewer Than Five Proposals Are Successful, The Available Funding May Be Distributed Proportionally Among The Successful Bidders.
