Tenders are invited for Procurement of Janitorial Services. 03. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Galle Branch Office situated at No. 182, Richmond Hill Road, Galle and bid documents can be inspected on working days (between 9.00 a.m. and 4.30 p.m.) within 07 working days starting from today. 05. A set of bid documents can be purchased from Galle Branch Office upon payment of a non refundable fee of Rs 3,500.00. Relevant payment should be made in cash at the Accounts Section of Galle Branch Office. 06. Bids should be sent by registered post to reach the following address at or before 3.00 p.m. on 07/05/2025 or hand delivered to the Branch Office. Late bids and bids sent through Fax will be rejected. 06. Bids will be opened at 3.30 p.m. on 07/05/2025 at the Galle Branch Office by Procurement Committee and bidders may participate at the bid opening. 07. Bids should be valid for 60 days from the deadline for acceptance of bids.
