Tenders are invited for Procurement of Security Services for the Biyagama Export Processing Zone and the Keragala Land for a Period of Two Years A complete set of Bidding Documents in English Language may be purchased by interested Bidders on submission of a written application to the Senior Deputy Director (Zone Management), Board of Investment of Sri Lanka, Biyagama Export Processing Zone, Walgama, Malwana from 05th May 2025 until 16th May 2025 between 0900hrs and 1500hrs upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,500.00 + SSCL + VAT. The method of payment will be by cash. Sealed bids shall be delivered to Chairman, Procurement Committee, C/O Senior Deputy Director (Zone Management), Board of Investment of Sri Lanka, Biyagama Export Processing Zone, Walgama, Malwana may be sent either by Registered Post or may be deposited in the Tender Box kept in the Zone Management Department at or before 1430 hrs on 19th May 2025. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of the Bidders representatives. All bids shall be valid up to 19th August 2025. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of Rupees Four Hundred Ten Thousand (Rs. 410,000.00). Bid Security shall be valid up to 17th September 2025. A pre-bid meeting will be held at 10.00 hrs on 07th May 2025 at the Office of Director (Zone) of Board of Investment of Sri Lanka, Biyagama Export Processing Zone, Walgama, Malwana.
