Tenders are invited for Servicing and Maintenance of the Cool Room of the Main Drug Stores of the Colombo North Teaching Hospital. Sealed bids are hereby invited by the Chairman of the Regional Procurement Committee of the Colombo North Teaching Hospital from qualified and eligible contractors for servicing and maintenance of the Cool Room of the main drug stores of the Colombo North Teaching Hospital for a period of one year. 02. Interested eligible bidder or agent can obtain bidding documents from the Procurement Section of the Colombo North Teaching Hospital from 30.04.2025 up to 14.05.2025 on working days of the week between 9.00 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. on production of the following documents: Written application to the Director Colombo North Teaching Hospital. Copy of the receipt obtained for the payment of Rupees 2,500.00 to the Shroff of the Colombo North Teaching Hospital. Certified copy of the Business Registration Certificate. 03. Sealed perfected bids can either be sent by registered post addressed to Chairman, Regional Procurement Committee, Colombo North Teaching Hospital or may be deposited in the Tender Box placed at the Office of the Accountant of the Colombo North Teaching Hospital to receive at or before 10.30 a.m. on 15.05.2025. Late bids will be rejected. Bidder or one of his authorized representatives only can be present at the time of bid opening.
