Tenders are invited for Provision of Janitorial Services to the ACCIMT-2025/2026 2) Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Deputy Director (Admin) of Arthur C Clarke Institute of Modern Technologies or by calling on 011-2650838 and inspect the bidding documents and site at the same address on any working day from 09:00hrs to 15:00hrs, until 20th of May 2025. 3) A complete set of Bidding Documents in English Language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application indicating contact details (Telephone, Fax, Email, etc.) to the Deputy Director (Admin) of Arthur C Clarke Institute for Modern Technologies from 30th of April 2025 until 20th of May 2025 on any working day, between 09:00hrs and 15:00hrs and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rupees Three Thousand (Rs. 3,000.00) for each hid to the Senior Deputy Director (Finance) of Arthur C Clarke Institute for Modern Technologies and producing the official receipts for the non-refundable fee to the Deputy Director (Admin). 4) Bids shall be delivered or sent by registered post to the Chairman, Department Procurement Committee, Arthur C Clarke Institute for Modern Technologies (ACCIMT) to reach at or before 11:00hrs on 21st of May 2025. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing, at the address given below in presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend.
