Tenders are invited for Supplying, Fabricating and Fixing of Aluminium Sun Louvers for Proposed Head Office Building, Ministry of Health 4. Qualification requirements to qualify for contract award include; Average annual value of Supplying, Fabricating and Fixing of Aluminium Sun Louvers work performed in last Ten (10) years shall be at least Rs. 10 million. The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or credit facilities required is Rs. 10 million. 5. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Eng. Athula Wijekoon 071 83 83 490 and inspect the bidding documents at No.11, Jawatta Road, Colombo 05 from 09.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs during normal working hours from 30.04.2025 until 21.05.2025. 6. Bidding documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the Accountant, Central Engineering Services (Pvt) Ltd, No 11, Jawatta Road, Colombo 05 from 09.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs. upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 8,000.00. The method of payment shall be by cash payment. Only one set of documents will be issued for one bidder. 7. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 08.05.2025 at 11.00 hrs at No. 106, Dudley Senanayake Mawatha, Colombo 08. 8. Bids shall be valid for 91 days from the date of closing of bids. 9. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of Rs. 200,000, which shall be valid for a period of 119 days from the date of closing of bids. 10. Bids shall be addressed to the Chairman, Base Procurement Committee, Central Engineering Services (Pvt) Ltd, No. 11, Jawatta Road, Colombo 05, and deposited in the Tender Box Provided at the above address at or before 11.00 hrs on 22.05.2025. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend.
