Tenders are invited for Supply, Delivery and Installation of UPS Bid Security (LKR): 11,000 Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Supply Division, Ministry of Education, Higher Education and Vocational Education, 4th Floor, Isurupaya, Battaramulla (Telephone: 011-2785836) and inspect the bidding documents free of charge from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. on working days until 22.05.2025. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders from the Supply Division, Ministry of Education, Higher Education and Vocational Education payment of a non refundable fee of Rs. 15,000/ = for each document. (The payment method will he by cash). A Pre-bid meeting will be held on 15.05.2025 at 10.30 a.m. at the Supply Division, 04^ Floor, Ministry of Education, Higher Education and Volcational Education. Bid documents will be isused from 05.05.2025 to 22.05.2025 from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. from Supply Branch. Bids should be valid up to 21.08.2025. Bids must be delivered to the Supply Division, Ministry of Education, Higher Education and Vocational Education, 4th Floor, Isurupaya, Battaramulla on or before 23.05.2025 at 10.00 a.m. Late bids will be returned unopened. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend in person at the address given above soon after closing of bids.
