Tenders are invited for Consultancy Service Baseline Study, Mapping, Flows, and Migration Policies Closing Date: 27 May 2025 Type: Consultancy Open International Tender REFERENCE: WW /BENIN/2025/ EUROPEAN UNION/OUESTAF/IOT01 WeWorld is launching an Open International Tender procedure as part of the <OUESTAF> The purpose of the current procurement is the notice of submission of the following lots: Lot 1 Baseline Study & Stakeholder Mapping Conduct a baseline study on irregular migration, trafficking and the protection of vulnerable groups. Identify and analyse key actors (institutions, NGOs, authorities) involved in migration issues. Provide a detailed report with data, analytics, and stakeholder mapping. Lot 2 Migration Documentation & Policy Research Mapping and documenting internal and cross-border migration flows in West Africa. Conduct action research on national and regional migration policies. Propose concrete recommendations to improve migration governance and the protection of migrants. Expected deliverables: Reports, databases, visual tools (maps, graphs). Clear methodology, timeline and distribution of roles. Final presentation of the results to WeWorld and partners.
