Tenders are invited for Human Development of Cardiac Surgery Specialist Phase 1 COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Interested Companies are to collect Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) from the Office of the Director/Head, Procurement, First floor of ABC (Admin.) Complex, Federal Teaching Hospital, Owerri (between 8.00 hours-16hours) (Monday- Friday) on presentation of evidence of payment of a non-refundable tender fee sum of 15,000.00 (Fifteen thousand naira) only per lot paid into the Federal Teaching Hospital, Owerris Remita account in any reputable Commercial Bank in Nigeria. The teller of this payment should be converted to the Hospital Receipt at Finance and Accounts Department of the Hospital. 5.0 SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Two (2) hard copies each of Technical and Financial Bids and with soft copy of Financial Bid only in (Ms Excel format in a flash drive) packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as Technical Bid or Financial Bid. Thereafter put the two Sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope with name of Bidder, address and phone number addressed to; The Chief Medical Director, Federal Teaching Hospital, Owerri and clearly marked with the Project name and Lot number. Furthermore the reverse side of the sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the Bidder and dropped in the designated Tender Box located at the Office of the Chief Medical Director Federal Teaching Hospital, Owerri not later than 1.00pm on Thursday 29th May,2025, Bidders are to sign the Bid submission register in the Office of the Head, Procurement Department, Federal Teaching Hospital, Owerri. 6.0 OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS: The Technical Bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at ( 1.00pm ) on Thursday 29th May,2025 at the Training Centre, 1st floor (back), Diagnostic Centre, while the Financial bids will be kept unopened.Note that, the Centre will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted Bids.
