Tenders are invited for Procurement of Laboratory Equipment Interested companies are to collect the Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) from the Procurement Office, First floor ACE-FUELS Complex FUTO on evidence of payment of non-refundable fee of N100,000.00 only per lot into Africa Centre of Excellence in Future Energies and Electrochemical Systems FUTO, Remita account in any reputable Commercial bank in Nigeria. 4. SUBMISSION OF TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL BID DOCUMENTS Two (2) hard copies each of both Technical and Financial Bid Documents must be in two different sealed envelopes tagged Technical Bids and Financial Bid respectively and must be placed in a bigger envelope marked on the top left-hand corner, the Project Name, and Lot Number and addressed to the Centre Leader, Africa Centre of Excellence in Future Energies and Electrochemical Systems (ACE-FUELS), Federal University of Technology Owerri, Imo State. The reverse side of the envelope must bear the name and address of the bidder and dropped in the temper proof box provided in the Procurement Office, ground floor ACE-FUELS Complex FUTO and later than 12.00 noon, Tuesday, 27 May 2025. 5. OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS Only Technical Bids shall be opened immediately after the deadline for the submission at 12 noon, Tuesday 27 May 2025, in the Centre Leaders Conference Room, first floor, ACE-FUELS Complex while the financial bid will be kept unopened. Please ensure that you sign Bid Submission Register provided in the Procurement Unit as the Centre will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids.
