Expression of Interest for Transaction Advisory Services on the Provision of Bottled Water Factory and Hospitality Services 4. SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS Expression of Interest duly signed by an authorised officer of the bidder must be submitted in two (2) hard copies (one (1) original and one (1) copies) in a sealed envelope clearly marked as follows: EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR TRANSACTION ADVISORY (TA) SERVICES ON addressed to; The Vice Chancellor, University of Abuja, Airport Road, P.M.B. 117, ABUJA, NIGERIA. The sealed documents should be deposited in the Tender Box in the Ag. Director Procurement Unit (Ground Floor), Senate Building, University of Abuja, Nigeria, not later than 12:00 noon Monday 12TH MAY 2025. OPENING OF EXPRESSION OF INTEREST All EOIs shall be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon, Monday 12TH May 2025, at the Reception Hall, Senate Building, Main Campus, Airport Road, Abuja, FCT. Firms are required to be present at the EOIs opening ceremony. Any document submitted after this time shall be returned unopened.
