Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation of Warehouse, Poultry Pen, Fish, and Cassava Processing Centres in Ijebu-North, Ijebu-Ode, Odogbolu, Ogun-Waterside, and Ikenne Local Government Areas of Ogun State. Location and Delivery Period Erinwe, Ikangba, Ijebu Igbo, Ibi-Ade, Ago-Iwoye, and Ikenne 60 Days Bid Security At least Fifteen Million Naira (15,000,000.00) only Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Banks Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers July 2016 (Revised November 2017 and August 2018) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations that meet the following minimum qualification criteria: Experience in executing works of a similar nature and size preferably for any level of government or public sector organizations equivalent to the lot bid for in the last 3 years with evidence of a letter of award or job completion certificate and contact person of the client. Audited Financial Statements for the last 3 years from a reputable and accredited accounting firm to demonstrate the financial capability of the Bidder in terms of profitability and adequate working capital. Additional details are provided in the Bidding Document. 5. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Ogun State Economic Transformation Project (OGSTEP), Mosunmola Owo-Odusi ogstepprocurement@gmail.com or Ite 08033579512 or Gani 08033955547 and inspect the bidding document during office hours 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday with the exception of Public Holidays at the address given below. 6. The bidding document in English Language may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira (150,000.00) only. The method of payment will be by Bank Managers Cheque (Bank Drafts) from a recognized Commercial Bank made payable to Ogun State Economic Transformation Project. The bid document may be collected by the Suppliers Representative duly authorized by the Supplier in his application or sent by courier services on request (In the case of request by courier, the bidder is advised to arrange for own pre-paid courier service). 7. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before Thursday, 22 May, 2025 by 11:00 am. Electronic Bidding in any form will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on Thursday, 22 May, 2025 by 11:00 am at OGSTEP Office, Floor 5, OPIC Towers, Oke-Ilewo, Abeokuta, Ogun State, Nigeria. 8. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security as stated in paragraph 2 above in the form of an acceptable Commercial Bank Guarantee, or Bank Managers cheque (Bank Draft) issued by a reputable Nigerian Commercial Bank.
